Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Granite Manufacturing Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
