Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Ashton Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Little Rock with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
