Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Las Vegas. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
