Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Summit Corner Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
