Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Loom Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Knoxville region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
