Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Pike Construction Group is a Jacksonville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
