Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Lantern Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Jacksonville, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
