Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quill Energy Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
