Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Linden Energy Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 820 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
