Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Hartford, CT)

Stonegate Wilder Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Hartford, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
