Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Glen Farms is an agricultural business based around Grand Rapids, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for seasonal crews and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
