Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Transit Planning Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
