Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Loom Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
