Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Forge Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
