Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Thistle Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 575 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
