Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the El Paso region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
