Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (El Paso, TX)

Nova Juniper Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around El Paso. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 943 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
