Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Clear Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 372 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
