Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Ashton Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Detroit. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
