Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Denver, CO)

Lumen Cedar Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Denver plant, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
