Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Denver region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Denver. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
