Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Mill Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for accessibility audits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
