Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Clear Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Denver, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Denver. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for harvest schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
