Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
