Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Basin Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
