Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Bright Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Dallas area, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
