Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Glen Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Colorado Springs, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
