Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Stone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Colorado Springs, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
