Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Harbor Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
