Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Keystone Energy Group is an energy provider in Colorado Springs focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
