Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Willow Auto Group is a Colorado Springs company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
