Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Quill Foods Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
