Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Colorado Springs, CO)

Greenridge Ashton Facilities Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
