Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Ashton Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Cleveland design routes and schedules. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 453 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
