Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Yarrow Facilities looks after properties across the Cleveland region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
