Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Ember Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Cleveland region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 315 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
