Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Cincinnati with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for landfill records and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
