Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Mill Energy Group is an energy provider in Cincinnati focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
