Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cincinnati, OH)

Fernwood Loom Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
