Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Cincinnati, OH)

Fernwood Cross Facilities is a facilities company in Cincinnati with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
