Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Meridian Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Chicago region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
