Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group Partners is a Charlotte company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
