Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Ridge Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections.
