Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Clear Facilities looks after properties across the Buffalo region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
