Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Clear Energy Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
