Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Buffalo, NY)

Westbrook Haven Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
