Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Linden Facilities Group is a facilities company in Boise with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
