Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Boise, ID)

Lumen Amber Auto Group is a Boise company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
