Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quarry Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Boise. What you will do • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
