Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Baltimore, MD)

Bright Fox Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
